Hi Myotonic and welcome to our group! I'm so sorry for your experience with the injection. I have had injections in my cervical vertebrae for pain/migraines. They injected a steroid, which didn't seem to help much. I had 2 injections a month apart. Does this sound anything like what you had? As far as the heaviness in your head, I would see the doc who gave the injections or your general doctor.
