- Slept well last night thanks to the drowsy anti histamine tablet took(needed a good night after the sleepless night the night previus).
- Received soul mail aka snail mail form Canada today :-) from my fabulous friend
- England convincingly beat Scotland at the 6 Nations Rugby- thrashed them in fact- was brilliant to watch!! Am an England Rugby Union big fan!!
- Took it easy today- listened to my body - did not push myself- was sensible...
