Though I have not had Botox treatment, I did have a co-worker who started treatments. I recall she was told to come every 12 weeks and that she would not be able to tell how it was working until after the second treatment. She did have some neck pain after first treatment, but if I recall correctly, it passed. Anyhow, she left the company before the second treatment so I never did find out how that turned out for her.
