I am terribly sorry for the suffering you are going through, I have had migraines for the past 38 years and they have ruined a good part of my life. If you name the treatment I have probably tried it with the exception of the Botox, I have a swallowing condition and they felt it would be unsafe for me to take the shots. I am like you about the piercings, unsure, so I can't say one way or another on that.
