Have you exhausted all you migraine med options? If so, botox IS a good alternative! It took my neuro over a year to talk me into trying them. But, I have been getting them for a year now. It's 30+ injections, and it's every 3 months (most insurances won't cover them any less than 72 days). The needle is very tiny. You do feel it, and it hurts a little, but not too bad.
