Guest, M M’s are full of additives- not the healthiest of snacks for sure!! Also, us migraineurs are much more sensitive to additives , colourings, as well as chocolate as a whole!
Have to stay well clear of artificial food stuffs, chocolate of any kind, as well as peanuts- they are a big NO NO for this migraineur!!
