I am going through an extremely stressful time in my family and personall life - this is very timely for me.
I will do all I can to tap into parasympathetic and avoid that fight or flight brought on by anxiety. Waking and yoga and meditation for me.
There is so much out of my control, so many external factors creating a stressful environment for me - need to focus on what I can control- need to control my reaction and not absorb the stress around me.
